As this week’s dubious achievement award, I now have a tour scheduled for 2018. March of 2018 to be specific. That’s a LONG way out to be planning ahead, but so it goes.
This was, however, a terrific week for good books. Three reviews somewhere in the A Grades, including Amy’s awesome review of Sovereign. And while it didn’t quite rise to the A’s, I always love Susannah Sandlin’s Penton series, and I was happy to see it finally conclude with a happy ever after for all those who deserve one. Let’s just say that in the end, everyone got what they deserved, one way or another. And it was terrific to finally get the resolution to all the cliffhangers left hanging at the end of the previous book in the series, Allegiance. I can’t wait to see what this author comes out with next, whether it’s in her Wilds of the Bayou series written as Sandlin, or her Sentinels of New Orleans series written as Suzanne Johnson. Either way, she’s marvelous.
As are several of next week’s authors. I can hardly wait!

2018. Wow. That’s blogging ahead. LOL I do have a couple for Nov. and Dec. though. Don’t you love it when the author wraps up the series and gives you what you need!

Hallo, Hallo! 🙂
I travelled through the linky the other day but wasn’t able to leave a proper comment until now! 🙂 I’ve recently joined The Sunday Post and am finding such a lovely community of bloggers & readers who like to engage with each other – whilst also finding, much to my personal delight, readers who are either reading stories I’ve about to read, want to read or have been reading – whilst also finding wicked awesome #newtomeauthors I never heard of! Guess what!? You and I share a commonality: we both are going to be reading Betrayal at Iga !!
I realise you’ve read it – I’ll return & read your thoughts after I have the proper chance to read it myself – but I personally LOVE how Ms Spann is creating this delightful world for us to entreat inside! I wonder – is this your first novel in the series or have you’ve been with it since CLAWS? I discovered her on the blog tour for BLADE but was able to read CLAWS; then FLASK + NINJA kept pulling the whole arc of the journey together to where I was on literal pins awaiting IGA! 🙂
lol I once booked a review for #RRSciFiMonth 1 year in advance – it was for The Clan Chronicles – a series I have fallen in love with and am sure I’m going to need a trunk full of hankies to finish the finale of the series which comes out this year! Sometimes, things are set far, far in advance – I never worry about how far in advance as I got used to the unknowns hosting blog tours and/or accepting books for review – it makes it more of an adventure, yes? Never knowing what you’ll be reading and finding a lot of sweet authors & worlds along the way with characters who are stitched into your heart and your own DNA of memory upon completing their journeys?
Just wanted to say “Hallo!” – I linked to this post via my #WaitingOnWednesday No.2

PS: Ignore that link – wells, no, don’t really ignore it – I mean, I’d be happy if you wanted to swing by and check out two of my posts, but the thing of is – I mistook one for the other! Your link is on The Sunday Post No.2 not Waiting On Wednesday No2! Oy vie.
